Alongside coffee, other traditional “golden” foods known for their antioxidant properties include fresh vegetables, fruits, and nuts. However, many people tend to drink coffee daily rather than making an effort to consume more fruits and vegetables, so this conclusion gives coffee lovers yet another reason to enjoy their bitter cup!
