This chest massage routine is designed to not only enhance the longevity of your bust but also promote its growth to increase measurement. If performed daily while showering, you will achieve the desired results.
Exercise 1
- Remove your top and stand relaxed in front of a large mirror.
- Place your hands on your sides, pushing your chest forward to stretch your chest muscles.
- After 10 seconds, place both hands behind your neck, maintaining the stretched position of your chest.
- Gently massage both sides of your chest.
Benefits: Helps to shape the bust, increases skin elasticity in this area, and prevents sagging.
Exercise 2
- Lie on a wide pillow, with your left hand behind your head to stretch the chest muscles, while your right hand massages the left breast in a clockwise direction. Switch hands and repeat the motion.
- Using your thumb and index fingers, gently lift the breast while massaging.
Benefits: Helps to create a round bust and firms the chest muscles vertically. Results in a lifted bust without sagging.
Exercise 3
- Turn on the shower, extending your left arm high towards your neck. Then use your right hand to massage the breast in a circular motion from the inside out.
- Switch hands and repeat the same with the other breast.

Note: It is very important to perform these actions while standing straight and extending the chest. All massage movements for the chest must be done gently; do not rub vigorously as it may have the opposite effect. Practice in a warm room.
