The Best Time to Build a Family Life is Between Ages 23 and 27
According to a recent study conducted by scientists at the University of Texas, the ideal age to establish a family life is between 23 and 27 years old.
The researchers conducted a survey involving 1,503 young men and women aged 18 and older. Among these participants, some were married, some were single, and others had experienced divorce.
The scientists posed various questions regarding marriage, divorce, cohabitation, and child-rearing to these individuals. Interestingly, despite the differing responses to these questions, a significant 88% agreed that one should only marry once throughout their lifetime.
The results of this survey indicated that a large number of couples who marry early tend to quickly move towards divorce.
This can be explained by the fact that young couples, eager to marry, often do not anticipate the burdens they will face in family life, including the responsibilities and obligations each partner must shoulder. As a result, when confronted with such challenges, conflicts and disagreements can easily arise between spouses, making divorce a very small step away.
In contrast, couples who marry later seem to face fewer issues. However, if they wait too long, they may encounter difficulties in intimacy, which can also hinder the establishment of a sustainable family life.
From these findings, scientists concluded that the ideal age range for building a family is between 23 and 27 years old.
