Whenever you find a moment of free time during your work hours, take a few minutes to perform some simple exercises. These will help you dispel any feelings of fatigue and stress from sitting in one place for too long.
Soothing Your Hands: Sit up straight in your chair. Bring your hands together in front of your chest, spreading your fingers wide with your palms facing out. Then, clench both fists tightly and repeat this 6-10 times. Next, relax your hands to help relieve the tension accumulated in them.
Neck Muscle Relaxation: Raise your left arm above your head. Use your right hand to support your left elbow. Slowly lean to the right, holding the position for 10 seconds while breathing evenly. Afterwards, switch arms and lean to the left. This movement helps relieve fatigue and stretches the shoulder and neck muscles.
Shoulder Energizing: Sit at the edge of your chair with your hands resting on your thighs, keeping your back straight. Relax your body and pull your shoulders back. Perform 6 shoulder roll movements.
Back Fatigue Relief: Stretch your spine by raising both arms high above your head and reaching up for about 20 seconds.
Leg Relaxation: Stand up straight with your feet together. Step your left foot back, pressing the toes down to the floor, and align it with your right heel. Gradually apply your left foot’s sole to the ground to stretch the leg muscles. Repeat this on each side 3 times.
