According to the latest data from the Vietnam Internet Center, the number of Internet subscriptions in Vietnam has reached approximately 3.5 million, with around 12.5 million Internet users, accounting for over 15% of the country’s total population.
As of now, more than 17,570 .vn domain names have been registered, and over 757,500 IP addresses have been allocated.
According to the latest assessment by the Global Internet Initiative in Vietnam (GIPI Vietnam), ADSL services in Vietnam have increased by over 300% in the past three years, with the number of ADSL subscriptions currently at around 300,000. The main reason for this sudden surge is the significant drop in ADSL pricing.
