Buc-ee’s, established in 1982 in Texas, is the owner of a world-famous chain of massive gas stations that dominate the highways across the southern United States. It is one of the most highly rated companies in America in customer service surveys.
Currently, no gas station under this brand is larger than the newly opened one in Sevierville, Tennessee.
With a total area of nearly 6,900 square meters, the Sevierville Buc-ee’s gas station features a massive shopping center, a barbecue restaurant with a wide variety of dishes, spacious restrooms, and a large relaxation area for customers. Notably, this gas station is equipped with up to 120 pumps, allowing it to fuel 120 vehicles simultaneously.

According to NBC, the aforementioned largest gas station in the world opened on June 26 and has immediately become a popular tourist attraction.
In addition to its friendly team of up to 350 employees, the “no entry” policy for 18-wheel super-heavy trucks creates a safer environment for smaller vehicle drivers and pedestrians, which is another plus for Sevierville Buc-ee’s.
However, this facility is expected not to hold the title of “the largest gas station in the world” for too long, as the parent company has already begun construction on an even larger service station, with an area of nearly 7,000 square meters in Luling, Texas.
