At first glance, the villa appears to be a floating house on the surface of the sea, but in reality, that is only half of the home. The ground floor of this villa is submerged beneath the sea, revealing a vast underwater world right outside the window.
The Floating Villa, also referred to as the Floating Seahorse, is part of The World – The World Islands in Dubai and is a component of the Floating Seahorse project showcased at the Dubai International Boat Show. It can be seen as a fusion of a yacht and a villa. (Image: Screenshot)
According to YouTuber Enes Plus, it took architects 5,000 hours of research and 13,000 hours of design and technical construction to complete this unique house. (Image: Screenshot)

The house is designed with two levels and spacious balcony areas. Surrounded by crystal-clear waters, it is ideal for relaxation. Additionally, it is fully equipped with smart home technology and environmentally friendly designs, thanks to features like solar energy panels.
To maximize the view of the surrounding landscape, the house is enveloped by large glass doors extending from floor to ceiling. (Image: Screenshot)
