A boy was watching a phone repairman climb a telephone pole, connecting the test equipment to establish a line of communication with the central office. There seemed to be some issue with the connection. The little boy listened for a while and then rushed into the house, shouting:
– Mom, come and see quickly! There’s a man climbing the telephone pole who’s talking to the sky!
– What makes you think he’s talking to the sky?
– Because I heard him shouting loudly, “Hello! Hello! Is there anyone up there? Can anyone hear me?”
