Notably, Dvico’s TViX device supports HD signals for new LCD TV models currently available in the market.
After saving data to the hard drive on the TViX, users can connect it directly to any TV or hi-fi system to listen to music, view photo albums, watch movies, and more, without needing a computer.
Unlike other digital devices, once users transfer DVD content to the hard drive, the TViX retains the original DVD format, including subtitles, chapters, menus, language options, and other special features. Therefore, the TViX is also regarded as a portable DVD storage library.

The TViX is also equipped with USB 2.0 OTG (On-The-Go) technology, allowing users to exchange files between the TViX and other USB devices such as digital cameras and USB flash drives without the need for a computer.
According to a representative from Tan Thanh Company, the official distributor of Dvico, the TViX is the first HDD box with advanced multimedia functionality to appear in the Vietnamese market. Starting June 15, this company will officially launch three main products through computer dealers nationwide, complete with a 12-month warranty.
The first product, the TViX HD M-5000A, supports high-definition (HD) video, has the capability to connect to a computer network (LAN), stores data through two USB 2.0 ports, and is compatible with 3.5-inch hard drives. It will be sold for $390 (with an 80 GB hard drive) or $338 (without a hard drive).

The next product is the TViX HD M-3100U, designed for home use, compatible with 3.5-inch hard drives, which will be sold for $225 (with an 80 GB hard drive) or $175 (without a hard drive).
The final product line includes the TViX mini C-2000U and mini C-2000U Lite, which are very convenient for frequent travelers, compatible with 2.5-inch hard drives, and will be sold for $206 – $232 (with a 40 GB hard drive) or $138 – $164 (without a hard drive).
