A “Headless” Fish in Southern China Survives Despite Losing Its Eyes and Mouth.
This fish fought with other fish, resulting in head injuries.
Recently, Newsflare released a video filmed in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China, on October 18, showing a Channa Barca (Emperor Snakehead) with a rotting mouth and eyes still moving in a pond after its owner, Mr. Liu, touched it.
According to Liu, the fish had fought with other fish in the tank, leading to its head injuries becoming infected. As a result, he removed the fish from the tank and placed it in a pond for treatment.
This fish has been living in the pond for about 8 days, and it is still alive. Mr. Liu is assisting in its recovery and hopes that it can heal as soon as possible.
