Once there was a man working diligently in a distant field, so engrossed in his task that he forgot about lunchtime. His wife, waiting at home, grew anxious and walked to a spot about ten fields away to call him back for lunch. Hearing her call repeatedly, he finally shouted back:
– Let me hide the plow in the bushes first!
When he got home, his wife chided him:
– Hiding the plow while shouting like that will attract someone to steal it!
Sure enough, after finishing their meal, he went back to the bushes to retrieve the plow, only to find it missing. In a panic, he rushed back home and whispered to his wife:
– Someone has stolen the plow!
