Leading global provider of printing and imaging solutions, Epson, has officially announced the Epson Stylus™ Photo R230 printer.
The latest model in the Epson Stylus™ Photo line offers enhanced color depth for reds and more vibrant monochrome prints. This photo printer delivers the highest print quality with an optimal resolution of 5760x1440dpi on glossy, borderless A4 photographs that are both vivid and durable. Additionally, this printer features a variety of connectivity options and functions, making it user-friendly.

The new Epson Stylus™ Photo R230 printer will be available on the market in December 2005, priced at $228.
During the press conference, Epson Thailand, along with its partner Dong Nam, also announced the results of the international digital photography competition held in Vietnam.
The international competition “Epson Colour Imaging Contest” is organized annually by Seiko Epson Corporation for countries in the Asia-Pacific region. Vietnam submitted 425 entries, including 66 digital photos, 49 family moments, 117 nature photos, and 196 daily life photos. Vietnam achieved 2 special awards and 3 honorable mentions.
For the local photography contest in Vietnam, sponsored by the Ho Chi Minh City Photography Artists Association and Dong Nam Company, there were 403 entries, comprising 59 digital photos, 49 family moments, 112 nature photos, and 183 daily life photos. The photo “Father’s Love” by photographer Nguyễn Bách Thảo from Vĩnh Long won the grand prize.
