It is unclear whether eStar has secured a contract to supply MP3 players to the U.S. military, but eStar has recently launched an innovative music player known as the “bulletproof” MP3 player.
While this may sound slightly exaggerated, the MP3 player named Monolith Premium MX7000 is encased in a 1.5mm thick aluminum shell, making it capable of withstanding extreme impacts, such as falling from a speeding car onto the road.
eStar claims that this MP3 player is the first nearly indestructible music player in the world, making it ideal for individuals engaged in heavy or combat sports who enjoy listening to music while they train.
The Monolith Premium MX7000 is an incredibly versatile MP3 player; it comes equipped with a 512MB flash memory card, a rechargeable Lithium battery that ensures up to 19 hours of continuous playback, and it supports most current digital music formats including MP3, WMA, OGG, and WMA DRM. It also features FM radio, voice recording capabilities, and the ability to encode other music formats into MP3. Additionally, the Monolith Premium MX7000 includes an 11-band equalizer, allowing users to fine-tune the sound quality of their music for an optimal listening experience.
It is puzzling that eStar did not equip the Monolith with a color display, opting instead for a two-color OLEG screen with 16 shades. However, the Monolith compensates for this with a unique feature that allows users to directly record from FM radio, making it easy to add new songs to their music library.
The Monolith Premium MX7000 is currently available for purchase at a price of $150.
