Yesterday (November 6), the Government assigned members to lead, inspect, and urge the implementation of an emergency action plan to prevent avian influenza and human pandemic flu, starting from November 7 to 15.
Accordingly, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung will lead and inspect in the provinces of Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Tay Ninh, and Ho Chi Minh City. Deputy Prime Minister Vu Khoan will lead and inspect in the provinces of Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, and Lang Son. Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Khiem will oversee and inspect in Hanoi, Hai Phong, and Hai Duong.
Six ministers from the ministries of Agriculture and Rural Development, Natural Resources and Environment, Science and Technology, Transport, Industry, and Fisheries will lead and inspect in the provinces of Nam Dinh, Thai Binh, Ha Tay, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Da Nang City, Long An, Tien Giang, Dong Thap, Ben Tre, Tra Vinh, Vinh Long, An Giang, Kien Giang, Can Tho City, Soc Trang, Bac Lieu, and Ca Mau.
