Shiitake Mushroom with Tofu for Stomach Cancer Patients
Ingredients: 100 g shiitake mushrooms, 200 g tofu, 20 g wood ear mushrooms, 20 g pineapple, 1 egg, ginger, salt, onion, rice wine, cooking oil, and starch in appropriate amounts.
Soak the shiitake mushrooms in salted water for 10 minutes, then briefly boil them in hot water and remove them.
