– Cleansing your face before bed is essential to remove dirt. Afterwards, apply moisturizer to help rejuvenate your skin. Don’t forget to moisturize your arms and neck as well.
– Relax by soaking your feet in a basin of warm water mixed with a tablespoon of aromatic salt for about 10 minutes, then rinse clean. If you still aren’t feeling sleepy, take the opportunity to trim and file your toenails, and use moisturizer for soft feet.
