50 g of longan, 50 g of lotus seeds, 100 g of rice. Put everything into a pot to cook the porridge, and season to taste. Benefits: Strengthens the spleen, boosts energy, nourishes the blood.
Stir-Fried Beef with Garlic Chives and Wood Ear Mushrooms: 25 g of wood ear mushrooms, 200 g of garlic chives, 300 g of beef, 2 slices of ginger, shredded carrot, a bit of sesame oil, ground pepper, and rice wine; ½ teaspoon each of soy sauce, sugar, and cornstarch. Soak and rinse the wood ear mushrooms, cut into strips, then briefly blanch in boiling water. Remove the tough parts of the garlic chives, rinse, and chop into pieces, then stir-fry briefly with oil and salt. Cut the beef into large strips, marinate with spices for about 15 minutes; heat a pan, add oil, and when hot, add ginger, wood ear mushrooms, carrots, beef, garlic chives, and spices, stir-frying briefly, then add cornstarch to thicken.

Pork Liver Stir-Fried with Eggs and Spinach: 50-100 g of pork liver, 30-50 g of spinach, 1-2 eggs, 1 spring onion, and seasoning to taste. Boil the pork liver in hot water until cooked, then cut into small dice, return to the pan to stir-fry, add eggs, spinach, spring onion, and season to taste. Benefits: Nourishes the blood.
Pork Liver Cooked with Soybeans: 50 g of pork liver, 50 g of soybeans, and salt to taste. Soak the soybeans in cold water until softened, then drain and cook in water; once boiling, add the pork liver and season to taste.
Pork Liver Cooked with Black Wood Ear Mushrooms: 10 g of black wood ear mushrooms, 50 g of pork liver, salt, and oil to taste. Break the wood ear mushrooms, rinse, cut into small pieces, then cook in water, add the pork liver, and cook until done, adding spring onion, and season to taste.

50 g of spinach, 50 g of tofu; rinse the spinach and tofu, then briefly blanch in boiling water, and remove. Heat a pan, stir-fry the tofu, then add boiling water. When the water boils, add the spinach and season to taste.
Stewed Soft-Shelled Turtle with Chinese Yam: A soft-shelled turtle weighing about half a kilogram, 30 g of Chinese yam, and 20 g of longan. Put all three ingredients into a pot of water and simmer on high heat until the turtle meat is tender, seasoning to taste.
Goat Liver and Spinach Soup: 50 g of goat liver, 75 g of spinach, 1 egg. Clean the goat liver, slice it, then cook in boiling water, and add the spinach. When both ingredients are cooked, add the egg and mix well, seasoning to taste.
Pork Liver Stewed with Goji Berries: 50 g of pork liver, 12 g of goji berries, 15 g of amaranth, plus 2 spring onion stalks and 3 slices of ginger. Cut the pork liver into small dice. Heat sesame oil in a pan, then add the pork liver, spring onion, ginger, and water, simmer for about 20 minutes, then add the goji berries, amaranth, and season to taste;
Foods to Avoid for Children with Anemia:
Alkaline Foods: Alkaline foods (such as various noodles…) create an alkaline environment in the body, which hinders iron absorption.
Fried Foods: The frying process can destroy some of the nutrients in food, impacting absorption.
Foods That Hinder Digestion: Avoid foods like chives, onions, and dairy products.
