There have been numerous theories about extraterrestrial beings, and recently, a group of scientists from Harvard University in the United States reported that aliens might be living among us on Earth.
The research team includes scientists Tim Lomas and Brendan Case from Harvard University, along with Michael Paul Masters from the Montana Technological University. They provided several explanations regarding UFOs (Unidentified Flying Objects, also referred to as UAPs, which are unidentified anomalous phenomena).

According to their findings, UFOs tend to fall into two categories: Earth-based (technology created by humans) or extraterrestrial (advanced civilizations from elsewhere in the universe). However, there is another explanation: UFOs may reflect the activities of intelligent beings hiding on Earth (for example, beneath the ground) and/or even “walking among us” (for instance, in human form). The researchers suggest that there may have been a civilization “very advanced in technology and long destroyed” but “still exists in the form of remnants.”

The study also points out several locations referred to as “prominent hotspots” where many phenomena related to extraterrestrial beings have been reported but remain unexplained. These include the Alaska Triangle, southern Utqiagvik (Alaska, USA), and the underwater stone structures near Yonaguni Island (Japan). The researchers state that while this idea may be met with skepticism, it should not be dismissed and deserves consideration with humility and openness.

In recent years, some scientists have expressed their belief that extraterrestrial life truly exists. However, NASA (the National Aeronautics and Space Administration) recently stated in an announcement that they have not witnessed any signs of life in the universe. NASA wrote: “However, we are exploring the Solar System and beyond to answer fundamental questions, including whether we are alone in this universe.”
