Since last night, Ha Giang has been experiencing heavy rain, with the water level on the Lo River reaching an emergency alert level, the highest in nearly 40 years.

Continuous rain has caused the water level on the Lo River, measured at the Ha Giang hydrological station, to rise significantly. The water level at 7 AM exceeded alert level 3 by about 59 cm.
