According to the Dong Nai Meteorological and Hydrological Station, the halo is a common optical phenomenon in nature, formed by the refraction of sunlight through ice crystals in clouds. When there are changes in temperature and humidity in the atmosphere, these ice crystals will form and concentrate in certain areas, creating this optical effect.
Halos are relatively common phenomena; however, they are not always easy to observe. To see a halo clearly, favorable weather conditions and an appropriate observation position are required.
