Mr. Martin Illsley, Director of Research at Accenture (France), stated: “This is not an ordinary bathroom mirror. It is a smart electronic device. It may not show a true image of you in the present, but it can give you an idea of what you will look like in 5 or 10 years“.
When you look into the mirror, you won’t see your face immediately; instead, two cameras mounted behind will take pictures. The sensors on the mirror record essential health information. From this data, the mirror will infer the future image of the person looking into it.
The researchers behind this mirror do not want anyone to be shocked or scared by what they see. They only hope that after the initial surprise, the person will change their lifestyle habits for the better.
