The giant Yahoo has just launched a new travel service, promising to help you find the best hotel and flight prices.
Unlike existing travel services, Yahoo Farechase will scour and scan all websites on the internet to compare prices offered by these sites. The categories offered include: flight tickets, hostels, hotels, etc.
“This is the first time there is a dedicated search tool for travel prices; Yahoo FareChase will help you plan your vacation in detail, quickly, easily, and efficiently. You will be able to access related information directly“, said Jasper Malcolmson, director of Yahoo Travel.
The site’s tools allow you to create your own map itinerary, plan your journey, and share opinions, comments, and reviews about airline services and hotels with others.
As summer approaches, a service like Yahoo Farechase is indeed a gift for those who love to travel and explore new lands. But remember, before you pack your bags and hit the road, make sure to equip yourself with plenty of information first.
