Acer Vietnam Hosts “Acer Technology Festival” in Collaboration with Intel’s “8X Generation Computers” Program for Students
In late April and May 2006, Acer Vietnam, in partnership with Intel’s “8X Generation Computers” program for students, organized a series of “Acer Technology Festivals” at universities in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
This event not only showcased products that provided students with the opportunity to access advanced technology, but Acer Vietnam and Intel also conducted presentations introducing technology, offering technology consultations, and addressing inquiries related to information technology.
Notably, Acer and Intel presented attractive promotional programs for students purchasing Acer computers, such as giving away prepaid Internet cards, Vietcombank ATM Connect24 cards, and conducting lucky draws with prizes including three trips to Singapore and Malaysia, ten iPod Nano digital music players, thirty CPU cooling components, two hundred USB drives, and RAM upgrades, among others.
The “Acer Technology Festival” will take place at various universities including the University of Science, Polytechnic University, University of Education, Ton Duc Thang Technical College, and Open University (Ho Chi Minh City) on weekends from April 20 to early June 2006.
