On May 4-5, the Scientific Council, which included several leading scientists and experts in the field of petrochemicals from Ho Chi Minh City, recognized the technology for producing bio-diesel from catfish fat developed by Mr. Ho Xuan Thien of Agifish, An Giang.
All scientists agreed that this research topic holds significant practical application value.
Moving forward, An Giang Province, Saigon Petro, and other scientists and experts will provide feedback and support to Mr. Thien in further refining the technological process to enhance production efficiency. The aim is to implement this technology on a large scale and develop it into a bio-diesel production project in Vietnam.
