The seminar on Digital Signatures and Digital Authentication was organized by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications in collaboration with the Hungarian Embassy in Vietnam and the Ministry of Information and Communication of Hungary from May 17-19, 2006 in Hanoi.
The entire seminar featured presentations by Hungarian experts, including representatives from the Hungarian National Cyber Security Center (CERT), the Information Technology Administration Department of the Hungarian Telecommunications Authority, and the E-Group Corporation.
The topics discussed included: Designing online authentication for the government, public key infrastructure, and national information (from a technical perspective), implementation strategies, and governance of complex security projects…

Additionally, this expert introduced solutions that are E-Group’s strengths for the implementation of digital signatures and authentication.
The Director of Research at E-Group, Mr. Marton Csapodi, when discussing online authentication for the government, mentioned solutions specifically tailored for Vietnam, considering cultural aspects, privacy, and the legal environment…
It is known that this seminar was a follow-up to the Intellectual Forum on Initiatives and Business, organized by the Hungarian Embassy in Hanoi in collaboration with the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications in March in Hanoi, marking the cooperation between Vietnam and Hungary in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
The seminar aimed to address how Hungary approaches its Vietnamese partners to meet the needs for applying solutions and perfecting the legal framework regarding electronic transactions before Vietnam joins the World Trade Organization (WTO).
