An Indian man has just set a new record for the fastest nose typing of the alphabet on a keyboard, breaking his own previous record.
Mr. Vinod Kumar Chaudhary first established a Guinness World Record as the fastest nose typist of the alphabet in 2023, achieving a time of 27.80 seconds. By the end of 2023, he set a new record, completing it in just 26.73 seconds.
On May 30, the Guinness World Records (GWR) confirmed that Mr. Vinod broke his own record again, taking only 25.66 seconds to type with his nose. The challenge required him to use a standard keyboard to type the Roman alphabet, with a space between each character.

In addition to this achievement, he also holds the record for the fastest one-handed backward typing of the alphabet (5.36 seconds) and the fastest one-handed typing of the alphabet behind the back (6.78 seconds).
“My profession is typing, so I thought about creating a record for that. It can preserve both my passion and my livelihood. I believe that no matter how many challenges you face in life, you must keep your passion until the end,” Mr. Vinod told GWR.
He shared that he practiced for hours to achieve the world record, and the continuous nose typing made him dizzy to the extent that he “saw stars.”
During his school years, Mr. Vinod was a runner, often participating in 100m and 200m races, dreaming of becoming a professional athlete. He stated that breaking the world record has brought significant attention to his hometown.
