1. 17-Month-Old Boy Bites a Venomous Snake to Death
In November 2015, while checking on her 17-month-old son, Lorenzo, in the backyard, Jaine Ferreira found him covered in blood and, notably, a snake trying to escape from his mouth.
Terrified, Jaine immediately took Lorenzo to the hospital. After examination, doctors found no signs of injury or venom in the boy. Clearly, Lorenzo had discovered the snake and bitten it to death before it could attack him. Even more frightening, the snake was a species of pit viper with deadly venom found in the Americas.
2. Mysterious Blood in a Playhouse
One day, students at Riverwood Primary School in Australia discovered 1.5 liters of human blood in a playhouse during recess. The sight was so shocking that witnesses struggled to leave the scene. DNA testing was conducted, but the owner of the blood could not be identified.

Mobitel, a telecommunications company in Bulgaria, discontinued the phone number 0888 888 888 after three users died within ten years. The first was Vladimir Grashnov, the former CEO of the company. The number then belonged to Konstantin Dimitrov, a drug lord. The third user of 0888 888 888 was also a drug trafficker and real estate manager – Konstantin Dishliev.
4. A Dream Comes True
As a boy, George Boyer did not aspire to be an athlete or a rock singer when he grew up. His only dream was to become a… one-legged person. George Boyer achieved his dream at 68 years old when he shot himself in the leg. Doctors said they could save his leg, but he begged them to amputate it so he could live the rest of his life as a one-legged man.
5. Coming Back to Life
In 1885, a man received a letter from his brother, which was sent to his home mailbox. However, this brother had been dead for 13 years. The letter mentioned that the brother was suffering from mental illness and would soon visit his sibling. After reading it, the man dug up his brother’s coffin and discovered that the coffin was completely empty.
6. A Strange Coincidence
In 1838, Edgar Allan Poe released the novel “The Narrative of Arthur Gordon Pym of Nantucket.” The story tells of three sailors who resort to cannibalism to survive after their ship sinks. This story became a reality in 1884, and the unfortunate sailor was named Richard Parker, which coincided with the character in Edgar Allan Poe’s novel.
7. A Man with Two Faces
A man named Edward Mordrake was born with a second face on the back of his head. This second face could not speak but could smile and cry independently of Edward Mordrake’s emotions. He referred to his second face as the face of a devil. Edward Mordrake committed suicide at 23 after doctors refused to perform surgery to remove the second face.
8. The War Skull
Local people warned Soviet archaeologists not to take the skull of Timur, one of the great Mongol conquerors, as it would lead to war. However, the archaeologists took it anyway. The following day, on June 22, 1941, Nazi Germany officially launched Operation Barbarossa against Russia. Hundreds of thousands of Russians died within just a few short weeks.
9. The Ghost Ship
In 1948, strange signals were received from the SS Ourang off the coast of Indonesia. A voice transmitted, “All crew members, including the captain, are dead. They are in the chart room. It’s possible that all crew members have also perished.” A nearby ship received a Morse code signal that simply said “I am dead.” When the investigating ship approached the SS Ourang, they found all the people on board were dead, their eyes wide open, looking up at the sky.
10. The Mysterious Film
In 1997, Rita Swift developed a roll of film she found on the ground. 60 photos were taken in 1969, but three were taken much earlier. Those three photos were quickly identified as being taken using the oldest photography method: pinhole photography. The people in the photos wore Native American clothing from the 1800s.

Initially suspecting an animal, he was shocked to discover that every night, a woman emerged from the cupboard, ate food in the kitchen, and even took a shower.
