The new Children’s Palace is being constructed in the CV1 park and lake area (part of the new Cầu Giấy urban area, Nam Từ Liêm District). The facility will include an approximately 800-seat theater; a 200-seat 3D-4D cinema; a sports hall with about 500 seats; a 10-lane swimming pool; classrooms and a library; a planetarium; and an administrative-office block. It will be equipped with high-quality, smart automated systems to ensure the operational standards and current regulations are met. The expected completion date is in 2024.
