Instructions: Choose fresh fish that is still alive to ensure nutritional value and a tasty dish.
Gut the fish, remove the entrails, scale it, and clean it. Then, separate the backbone from the fish body.

Ingredients: 1 snakehead fish, knife, sharp scissors
Instructions: Use the back of the knife to strike the head to kill the fish, then scale it thoroughly. Rinse it clean and use scissors to cut off all the fins and tail of the fish.
Use the tip of the scissors to pierce through the fish’s chest and cut straight down to the belly button, then remove the entrails and rinse again with water.
Cut the fish in half lengthwise, then cut the bones on either side of the backbone. Next, use scissors to cut the backbone.
