Some measures can help you enhance your “tolerance” when drinking alcohol. However, these methods only work effectively when you drink moderately (about two to three glasses).
Before drinking, take two 50 mg vitamin B6 tablets along with one B100 vitamin tablet. This method can reduce intoxication by more than half. However, it is not advisable to use B6 frequently, as it may lead to adverse complications.
Eating a few bowls of rice with boiled vegetables can significantly “boost your tolerance” for a long time. Rice, including grains and bran, contains a lot of B vitamins and carbohydrates. Be careful not to rinse the rice too thoroughly before cooking, as this will remove most of the vitamins in the rice. Boiled vegetables (especially dark green varieties like water spinach and mustard greens) are rich in minerals. These nutrients are the ones most depleted when consuming alcohol.
If you also add a glass of orange juice mixed with honey while eating rice, you won’t have to worry about getting drunk.
