CMC Computer Communications Company has recently been awarded the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system certification for system integration and software development by the TÜV Rheinland Group (Germany).
Mr. Le Duyen Anh, Certification Director of the TÜV Rheinland Group in Vietnam, stated: “The quality management approach of CMC has been internally implemented for a long time before the company applied for this certification. Therefore, when registering for the ISO 9001:2000 certification, CMC quickly met the required standards. We hope that the ISO 9001:2000 certification will continue to serve as a foundation for CMC in its commitment to better serve customers according to international standards.”
According to Mr. Nguyen Trung Chinh, General Director of CMC: “The application and achievement of ISO 9001:2000 certification is part of CMC’s long-term development orientation. This application enhances employee awareness, reinforces customer trust in the company’s products and services, and increases the company’s competitiveness during integration.”
In addition, CMC has also achieved the Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence Award.
Customer Satisfaction Excellence is the highest award in the Cisco Channel Partner Program. As a result, CMC will be featured in Cisco’s global partner network.
Previously, CMC was recognized as a Gold Partner of Microsoft.
