On the morning of October 17, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City held a press conference regarding the 4th Indochina Pharmaceutical Science Conference, set to take place in Ho Chi Minh City from November 10 to 13, 2005. According to Associate Professor Dr. Le Quan Nghiem, the head of the pharmacy department at the university, this conference is organized by the medical and pharmaceutical universities of Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, in collaboration with the Thai Pharmaceutical Education Association, under the sponsorship of the Vietnamese Ministry of Health.
The conference aims to promote and enhance exchange and cooperation in the field of pharmaceutical training and scientific research and technology among institutions in the Indochina region.
So far, 240 scientific reports have been registered for participation, including 25 presentations from esteemed scientists from the United States, France, Australia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, China, Thailand, and more. In addition to the conference, there will also be exhibitions showcasing pharmaceutical products, cosmetics, and medical equipment.
