The Balkans is a region known for its many gifted individuals with extrasensory abilities. A prominent figure among these special talents is Mr. Branco Milojević, 65 years old, from the Republic of Chechnya.
As a child, while tending sheep, young Branco could command his flock with just a glance, without uttering a word.
During the prolonged air strikes against Yugoslavia by American and NATO forces a few years ago, his extrasensory abilities were maximally utilized to assist his fellow countrymen.
Military officials would present him with maps, asking him to indicate where the enemy would strike. The vast majority of his predictions were accurate.
On several occasions, he warned people not to hide under large oak trees. Shortly thereafter, bombs fell and uprooted those very trees.
In peacetime, Mr. Branco’s kind extrasensory talents are primarily used for locating missing persons, lost animals, and valuable jewelry. To pinpoint the exact location of a person or precious item, he requires related objects.
Once, a resident from a nearby town asked him to help find a lost car. The car owner couldn’t even provide a photo of the vehicle. Mr. Branco asked, “Is there anything related to that car?”
The car owner led him to a storage room and pointed to an old leather seat, saying: “This is its seat; I replaced it with a newer one!” Mr. Branco sat down confidently and said: “Your car has been repainted light green, and it is currently at a private maintenance station. Can you recall any specific features of your car?” “There is a slight dent on the roof from a piece of wood that fell on it. I had it repaired, but you can still see the dent from inside the car even though it has been repainted.” Based on this detail, the police were able to intervene. Faced with undeniable evidence, the thief confessed.
Mr. Branco has not attended university; he has spent his life working as a carpenter to make a living. However, he has read extensively, especially books about psychological mysteries and human perception. He has his own thoughts on his special abilities.
According to him, the physics of living bodies is a unique program that begins even in the fetal stage. For example, lifting a 50kg ballet dancer is much easier than lifting a sack of potatoes of the same weight. Many people can withstand high-voltage electricity flowing through their bodies without apparent effect.
He believes that thoughts in humans are also a physical quantity that scientists have yet to measure in units like weight or tensile strength. Since it has not been measured or studied thoroughly, people do not know how to utilize it.
In early December 2005, right in the village, a man returned from attending a wedding in a nearby village and began to argue with his wife. Hearing a woman scream for help, Branco pushed the gate open and walked in to find the drunken husband grabbing his wife with a wet bed sheet while physically assaulting her.
He glared at the abusive man, causing him to immediately cease his actions. After a few more seconds of staring, the man screamed, his hands going numb with pain, allowing the wife to escape his grip. Then, another miracle occurred: the bed sheet that was wet moments ago was now completely dry.
Mr. Branco’s extrasensory abilities and his capacity to influence others through thought rather than verbal commands are truly fascinating phenomena that have long captured the attention of the scientific community in the Balkans.
On numerous occasions, the Scientific Council of the Health Care Protection Institute at the University of Belgrade has invited him for discussions and experiments, but to date, they have not found a satisfactory explanation based on solid scientific evidence.
