The simple TXT text file format is likely to remain ubiquitous across all operating systems due to its lightweight and portable nature. If you want to convert various text-related file formats such as HTM, HTML, SHTML, ASP, PHP, DOC, RTF, etc., into TXT format for easier online sharing, the “All to Text” tool is probably the top choice available today.
The usage of “All to Text” is incredibly straightforward with its single user interface. Simply click on the “Import Files” button -> then navigate to all the files you wish to convert to TXT format and “Open” them in the conversion list -> once all the files are listed, just click on the “Output” button, and the listed files will quickly be converted into TXT files. The new TXT files will be placed in the default FF folder located in any hard drive partition or in any folder of your choosing.
If you want to exclude a specific file from conversion, use the “Delete Files” button. If you want to clear the old list to start a new conversion batch, use the “Clear List” button. The conversion speed may vary depending on the file size and the processing speed of your computer.
“All to Text” works well with Unicode fonts in English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. Unfortunately, it does not perform well with Vietnamese Unicode fonts, but it still operates normally with fonts like VNI, ABC, and Bách Khoa.
Users can click here to download the trial version of All to Text 1.26, which is approximately 1.1 MB in size, or purchase it at software stores.
