This exercise helps address some insecurities related to breast size. Regular practice is essential to achieve an exquisite curve.
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, arms raised to chest level, and clasp your hands together. Push your hands towards your right shoulder and press them firmly together for five seconds. Switch sides. Repeat this exercise 10 times.

Sit cross-legged, keeping your back straight. Use one hand to grasp the wrist of the other hand. Push your hand towards your right shoulder, then pull the wrist outward, holding for about five seconds. Perform this exercise 10 times.
Both exercises mentioned above help strengthen the chest muscles, providing support to enhance breast shape. They can be performed in both standing and seated positions. When standing, keep your feet shoulder-width apart; when sitting, assume a cross-legged position.
Final exercise: Hold your knees with both hands and lift them high above your head. Slowly lower them to face level, pressing your hands firmly onto your knees, count to 10, then release. Do this 10 times.
