Dai Nam Van Hien Scenic Area (or Fairyland Dai Nam Tourist Area) is located in Hiep An Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province. This large-scale tourist project has a total investment of approximately 6 trillion VND. Besides the grandeur visible from the outside, many attractions in this famous tourist area were once recognized for setting records both domestically and internationally.

1. The Largest Tourist Area in Southeast Asia
With a total area of up to 450 hectares, Dai Nam was once known as the largest tourist area in Southeast Asia, featuring numerous entertainment and sightseeing spots for visitors. It opened to the public on September 11, 2008, and includes many large and small attractions such as: a zoo, an artificial beach, an amusement area, temples, a mountain range, and most recently, a racetrack.

2. The Longest Wall in Vietnam
The wall leading from the main gate of Dai Nam Tourist Area stretches a total of 14 km, making it one of the longest walls in Vietnam. Along this wall, there is a hotel complex with over 328 rooms to accommodate guests visiting the area.

3. The Largest Temple in Vietnam
The temple in Dai Nam Tourist Area, known as Kim Dien, was built on a total area of 5,000 square meters using primary materials such as wood, stone, and gold plating. To enter the main hall, visitors must wear socks and carefully leave their shoes outside. This is considered the largest temple in Vietnam, accommodating over 60,000 worshippers from all over.

4. The Longest Artificial Mountain in Vietnam
The Bao Son Mountain Range consists of five interconnected mountains representing the Five Elements. Standing at 65.8 meters high and 250 meters long, it is considered the tallest artificial mountain in Vietnam. The mountain features a towering stupa and a gently flowing stream. Inside the Bao Son range is a miniature Vietnam with many intricately crafted Buddha statues. Surrounding the mountain range is a long golden dragon embracing the vast Bao Dinh River.

5. The Largest Artificial Beach in Vietnam
Dai Nam Beach is built on an area of nearly 2.2 hectares, with a total water surface area of 20,000 square meters and a coastline of 1.4 km, accommodating over 30,000 visitors. It is also considered the largest artificial beach in Vietnam, featuring many bathing areas, recreational facilities, and artificial waves reaching heights of up to 1.6 meters.

6. The First Open Zoo in Vietnam
Dai Nam Zoo is regarded as the first open zoo in Vietnam. Here, animals are not kept in cages but are allowed to roam freely within a fenced area, separated from visitors by streams and rows of trees.
The entire zoo covers an area of 12.5 hectares, housing over 100 different animal species. Among them are some rare and famous species such as: white lions, white rhinos, white tigers, white peacocks, South American squirrel monkeys, and fire leopards.
