Among us, some people consider themselves to be… extraterrestrials, capable of communicating through “light language,” serving as a bridge between the divine realm and Earth. Why is this the case?
Among us, there are individuals with a peculiar syndrome who genuinely believe they have come to Earth from other dimensions, helping to heal the planet and guiding humanity into an era of happiness and prosperity.
Some people consider themselves to be… extraterrestrials.
Believing They Are Extraterrestrials
The term “Star people” or “starseed” is used to describe these individuals. It may sound a bit crazy, but in reality, a search for this phrase on the Internet yields over 4 million results.
Moreover, many people post on social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, affirming that they truly come from another world. Notably, on TikTok, the hashtag #starseed has garnered over 1 billion views.
So, what is this syndrome really about, and what do these individuals think when they believe they are extraterrestrials?
According to a document cited by Science Alert, the “starseeds” believe they have awakened from another planet to be born here, on Earth. They even believe they are the bridge between the divine realm and Earth, possessing the ability to transcend dimensions through meditation.
Some Starseeds also believe that they can communicate through “light language” – a form of communication said to surpass human limitations and is the language of the soul.

This idea has actually been quite widely documented, primarily through works of science fiction and speculative fiction. Notably, author Brad Steiger, who has written extensively about unrecognized phenomena related to extraterrestrial life and beings from beyond Earth.
In his 1976 book titled “Gods of Aquarius”, Steiger presented his argument that some individuals originate from other dimensions.
Over time, this perspective has not faded; instead, it has become immensely popular, leading many who once “turned away” to start thinking similarly.
This is due to a skepticism towards science and doubts about conventional perceptions of reality. Especially prevalent among them is skepticism about modern society and the quest for meaning in life.
Fantasy or Reality?
Based on extensive research, scientists have found ways to describe the thoughts of Starseeds. However, no one can be certain that this is accurate regarding what they always think about.
Essentially, these individuals may be experiencing a syndrome known as source monitoring error, which lies in the unconscious memory. Those with this syndrome often confuse concepts: what is real, what is not, what is accurate, and what is imaginary.
These are also common signs seen in schizophrenia. In fact, some studies have found a correlation between schizotypal personality disorder (a mild form of schizophrenia) and beliefs in conspiracy theories.
However, things may not be that simple, as these individuals might also suffer from another syndrome related to ontological confusion.
This occurs when someone cannot distinguish between metaphorical statements and reality, as well as not knowing what is joking and what is serious.
Nevertheless, it must be emphasized that these beliefs are entirely mistaken, and there is no scientific evidence to support them.
