While searching for edible mushrooms in a rubber plantation, Mr. Ngô Quốc Đạt from Bình Phước discovered a rare bird on the ground. After researching, he learned that it was a rare species known as the Myanmar Kite, which is in need of conservation.
According to the Forest Protection Department of Đồng Phú District, Bình Phước Province, they have received a Myanmar Kite that belongs to a group of endangered and rare wildlife that requires protection.

Previously, on the night of June 17, Mr. Ngô Quốc Đạt (41 years old, residing in Tân Thiện Ward, Đồng Xoài City, Bình Phước Province) was searching for edible mushrooms in a rubber plantation located in Tân Hưng Commune, Đồng Phú District when he found the unusual bird on the ground.
Mr. Đạt took the bird to Cầu Hai Hamlet, Đồng Tiến Commune, Đồng Phú District.
Having never seen this bird species before, Mr. Ngô Quốc Đạt looked it up on social media and discovered that it was a Myanmar Kite classified as IIB, an endangered and rare species that needs conservation.
He contacted the Forest Protection Department of Đồng Phú District and completed the necessary procedures to hand over the Myanmar Kite to the department.

After receiving the bird, the Forest Protection Department of Đồng Phú District will care for and nurture it for a period of time.
Once the health of the Myanmar Kite stabilizes, the authorities will carry out the necessary procedures to release it back into its natural habitat in accordance with regulations.
