Originating from the idea of creating a modern enterprise management system capable of integrating graphic design programs, the Keyword team from VnResource Company in Ho Chi Minh City has developed the iBMS (Intelligent Business Management System).
The system includes various modules: Customer Management, Vendor Management, Sales Order Management, Purchase Order Management, Inventory Management, and more.
“iBMS is quite flexible. Businesses have different order processing workflows, so the system allows users to define their workflows based on pre-defined standard tasks“, said the head of the Keyword team, Thai Binh Quy. “Additionally, users can define additional information for data entities that need to be stored according to the company’s requirements“.
iBMS features an intuitive interface that is user-friendly. Tasks are presented in a workflow diagram, with commonly used statistical information requests pre-set. According to the authors, the most notable distinction of this solution is its ability to integrate graphic design programs tailored to specific fields, and it is also relatively easy to use. Based on the designed drawings, the system can automatically calculate the cost norms of products regarding materials and labor, which has always been a challenging issue for the business department.
This system can be deployed with various types of databases such as MS Access, SQL Server, and MySQL, depending on the level of management and cost conditions of the customer. “When designing the product, our goal is to simplify business management tasks and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,” the head of the Keyword team added.
