Scientists have been intrigued by these mysterious circles since the early 1980s. They predominantly appear in the crop fields of England and manifest only at night, sometimes in just a matter of minutes! They are often linked to sightings of unidentified flying objects (UFOs). Several strange discoveries have led to speculation about the presence of extraterrestrial intelligence.

These formations are called “crop circles,” which refers to the circular shapes formed in fields, ranging from simple circular motifs to vast and complex geometric symbols. The oldest officially recorded crop circle was documented in the journal Nature in the 19th century. Since 1980, approximately 800 of these mysterious circles have appeared in England alone, with around 9,000 recorded worldwide in the following 30 years.
Over time, these circles have become increasingly complex. Initially, they were simple circles, but they later evolved into very intricate designs. They can be found in several grain-growing countries such as Australia, Japan, Russia, Canada, France, and the USA, including on other surfaces like the snow-covered slopes of the Himalayas. Southern England appears particularly conducive to observing this phenomenon.
Despite the continuous increase in the number of circles around the globe, 90% of these formations are located within 65 kilometers of Stonehenge in southern England. Some circles have even been found in restricted military zones, such as Salisbury, also in England.
In the related fields, the crop stems are neither cut nor broken. They bend over and are intricately woven into a spiral pattern. In cases of concentric circles, the direction of the spiral alternates in each successive circle. Chemical analysis of the bent crops in some circles has shown that these plants endured extreme temperatures for a few seconds. Analysis of one circle in England revealed the presence of 10 rare radioactive elements that are not found in ordinary plant species, including: Lead 208, Europium 146, Tellurium 119 m, Iodine, Bismuth 205, Vanadium 48, Protactinium 230, Ytterbium 169, Rhodium 102.

These radioactive elements do not exist in nature and must be synthesized using a particle accelerator or fusion reactor. Since 1993, analyses have further strengthened these findings. Microscopic iron spheres have been discovered in the vast majority of circles, always found inside the formations, never outside.
Deception or Trickery?
In September 1991, two artists named Douglas Bower and David Chorley claimed to the press that they were the authors of nearly 200 circles over a span of 15 years. They even demonstrated their creation technique in front of cameras! However, this evidence is far from convincing. They could not explain how these circles appeared almost simultaneously in various countries like England, the USA, and Russia. Additionally, they did not clarify how they managed to create designs nearly 700 meters wide in just one night. It is also important to note that similar symbols have appeared in many countries, including Canada and Japan.
Conversely, since 1991, the widespread media coverage of David Chorley and Douglas Bower’s claims has sparked numerous competitions in this field. Some impostors have even been encouraged by television channels and major magazines. For instance, The Guardian organized a competition to create “crop circles”! Nonetheless, through these competitions, scientists have increasingly recognized the significant differences between human-made circles and authentic “crop circles.” Today, chemical analyses of the plant stems in some “crop circles” indicate that they are not human creations.
Evidence of Extraterrestrial Intelligent Life?

If we start from the premise that these designs do not originate from natural or human sources on Earth, then we are left with one possibility: they are the handiwork of extraterrestrials! But why would they come to Earth to draw attention with these designs, only to leave hastily?
Some people see messages within them, while others consider them as technological assistance. For what purpose? The truth is that many circles near Avebury and Stonehenge have certainly inspired people to develop supernatural or anti-natural explanations. It cannot be denied that these circles currently exist, and the results of their analysis present a massive mystery. Nowadays, they are no longer simple circles and are not solely found in crop fields; they have begun to appear in rice paddies, pine forests, and on snow-capped mountains in Turkey. It is hard to believe that anyone would venture to the top of a snow-covered mountain merely to create these mysterious shapes as a prank. Given these factors, we must allow time to provide answers…
