Today, March 25, 2022, at the Long Bien Lychee Garden (at the foot of Vinh Tuy Bridge, Thach Cau Street, Long Bien Ward), the event “Get on Ha Noi 2022” will take place. This is a major event for the Hanoi tourism industry in March 2022, simultaneously announcing plans and restarting domestic and international tourism activities in the capital in the context of safely and flexibly adapting to Covid-19.
This is the first time in Vietnam that multiple hot air balloons are flying simultaneously.
Accordingly, 22 hot air balloons will take to the skies to welcome the year 2022 at the green space along the Red River, in the heart of the capital. These large, colorful balloons will rise high like blooming spring flowers against the backdrop of the capital’s sky. This marks the first time in Vietnam that so many hot air balloons will fly together to create a stunning visual display for the public to enjoy.
Additionally, a new series of tourism products for Hanoi in 2022 will be launched here, introducing three tourism experiences featuring hot air balloons. A special highlight is the “Experience Flying with Hot Air Balloons to View Hanoi from Above”. This will be an exciting experience as the giant, colorful hot air balloon lifts slowly into the clear sky above the picturesque Red River, flowing gently alongside towering buildings, new homes, and beautifully landscaped streets filled with vibrant greenery…
Moreover, there will be a lively “Lantern Night with Hot Air Balloons” where 22 hot air balloons set up on the lawn will illuminate the area like 22 giant, colorful lanterns casting reflections on the Red River, making the ancient river appear enchanting and sparkling like never before, welcoming everyone to explore Hanoi tourism. The Lantern Night with Hot Air Balloons is scheduled to take place at 7 PM on Saturday, March 26, 2022, at the same location.
