Below are some effective food and drink remedies to sober up. Remember these carefully in case someone in your family needs “emergency help” when they have had too much to drink.
Vinegar 60 g, brown sugar 15 g, ginger 3 slices, mix together and give to drink.
White cabbage buds washed clean, sliced thinly, mixed with sugar and vinegar to eat, will help sober up after a while.
Raw radish mashed, strain the juice, add a little sugar to make it easier to drink, consume repeatedly to help regain sobriety.
Lotus root washed clean, peeled, eaten raw or mashed for juice.
