Despite their slim appearance and potential to be misunderstood as weak, the Tazy is an incredibly fierce hunting dog.

A prairie wolf was relentlessly pursued and attacked by a pack of Tazy dogs. Unlike the gray wolf and other wolf species, prairie wolves are smaller and can easily be overpowered by a group of Tazy dogs.
The Tazy dog is a tall, slender hunting breed that is remarkably resilient, capable of running at speeds of 12 to 15 km/h. They are considered one of the oldest dog breeds, originating from Kazakhstan, and are primarily bred for hunting.
On the steppe, prey often meets a tragic fate when faced with Tazy dogs. A clear example is the honey badger below, which was chased and bitten by the pack until it succumbed. These prey animals are then skinned by hunters for sale.
