This is a form of propaganda and education for the youth on the information, policies, and directives of the Party and State, as well as those of the Union, Federation, and Team to the youth officials and members; aiding the leadership work of the Central Committee of the Union regarding youth activities and movements; guiding and understanding the ideological situation and public opinion among the youth.
