The Investigation Police Department for Social Order Crimes of the Hanoi Police has announced that starting from March 22, the department has opened two public email addresses to receive urgent information from the public related to security and crime reporting. This is the first time that the Hanoi Police has implemented this form of information collection.
All citizens who have information to provide to the authorities can send it to one of the two email addresses: [email protected] or: [email protected]
The information provided will be continuously updated throughout the day and processed promptly. Additionally, the source of the information will be ensured safety and confidentiality by the authorities. Along with the hotlines that have been maintained over the past period, these automated email addresses will play a positive role, contributing to the prevention of legal violations, enhancing public vigilance, and promoting the active role of citizens in the movement to participate in protecting national security.
