Vascular sclerosis in the elderly, and delayed conception in men: Use 20 grams of processed Red He Shou Wu, 16 grams each of mulberry leaf, goji berries, and ligustrum fruit. Prepare and consume daily.
Reversing premature graying, strengthening bones, enhancing vitality, and promoting longevity:
– Combine 600 grams each of processed Red and White He Shou Wu, peel, grind into powder, mix with water, filter, and dry the sediment. Soak 820 grams of ligustrum berries in wine for a day, mix with He Shou Wu, and steam with black beans over several days. Prepare 320 grams each of angelica, goji berries, and deer antler, soak in wine, dry, and mix with 100 grams of sesame seeds, roasting until fragrant.
