Blinds or Curtains, also known as “mành,” are commonly referred to as “ri đô” in the northern and central northern regions of Vietnam. When in use, people can open the blinds to cover part or all of a window as needed. When there’s no need to block sunlight, wind, or to let in light, they can be neatly gathered to the sides or pulled up.
