Instant noodles, also known as instant ramen, are among the most popular fast foods today, with consumption soaring into the hundreds of billions of packages each year. According to data from WINA (World Instant Noodles Association), Vietnam ranked as the third highest consumer of instant noodles in the world in 2021, with 8.56 billion packages consumed, which averages to about 87 packages per person per year.
