So why not try the tools in All in One Computer Tools from Tools4PC?
Working with Multiple Screens
With the Virtual Desktop tool, All in One provides you with a solution for working with multiple desktop screens or instantly hiding a group of windows.
To use the Virtual Desktop feature, simply check the box “Enable Virtual Desktop” in the Virtual Desktop section. Four small windows will appear in the lower right corner of the screen, representing four desktop screens. To use a screen, just click on that screen. You can switch between screens very quickly, allowing you to comfortably multitask without anyone knowing.
Data Encryption
Data is an extremely valuable and private asset. If you don’t take precautions, anyone can access it while sitting at your computer. So why not try the Encryption feature to understand what encryption really is? The simplest way is to test it with a text file. All in One’s encryption method uses the TwoFish algorithm, 256 bit, with 16 rounds of iteration.
With a straightforward logic: which file to encrypt/decrypt and what the encryption key is. You just need to fill in the required parameters in the right-hand window of the Encryption feature and you’re done. Click Start to execute.
Permanently Delete a Folder
Files deleted using the Shred File/Folder tool cannot be recovered. This is also a great tool when you need to erase traces, but it can be disastrous if you accidentally shred an important file or folder. So be cautious. The method is quite simple; just select the file or folder you want to delete “permanently,” and click the Shred button next to it. Shred will overwrite the deleted file as many times as you choose.
Erase All Traces of AutoCompleted
AutoCompleted is a feature that remembers usernames and passwords when you log into any website. This is a very convenient feature for many computer users, but it can be a double-edged sword. If you go away for a while and someone sits at your computer, everything on your machine becomes theirs.
The Recover Web Password feature allows you to manage these parameters. You can delete or save them if you wish.
Clear All Traces of Program Usage
When you use a computer, you often leave many traces that an observant owner will notice, such as file names in the recent files list when using Media programs, Word Processors, .tmp files, Internet cache, etc. The Privacy – Cleaning up your track feature will help you be “truly clean” for yourself and others.
To use it, simply select the category of files you need to search for and delete, and press Start to find and execute.
For more thoroughness, you can use the Management/Enhancement feature to prevent leaving traces on many Windows programs.
Finally, you can also hide the All in One window, preventing the removal of the All in One process via Task Manager or completely uninstalling it from your computer using the General Settings tab. You can even remove All in One from the installed software list, the Uninstall list, and the list of programs that start automatically when the computer is turned on.
Your computer is now entirely under your control, and only you have access.
