On March 3, VDC, Microsoft, and CMS announced the One Click installment program – a complete product package that includes hardware, software, and Internet connectivity services.

By using this service, consumers will receive a computer pre-installed with licensed Microsoft software in Vietnamese, including Windows XP Starter Edition, Windows XP Home Edition, and high-speed Internet access services.
CMS Computer Company will provide hardware with specifications suitable for educational programs, office tasks, multimedia communications, and Internet connectivity.
A representative from VDC (Data Computing and Telecommunications Company) stated that the One Click service will offer various packages with price levels to suit customer choices, utilizing monthly payment options similar to other telecommunications services. It is expected that this service will have three product packages with configurations that meet customer needs, available through a one-stop method at post offices and CMS agents nationwide.
If customers choose to pay in installments over 24 months, the average monthly prices for these three packages are anticipated to be 450,000 VND, 600,000 VND, and 800,000 VND, respectively.
